Just as people have been using the noble stone pine for thousands of years, we have also done this with all of our saunas. Due to the antibacterial effect of the wood and the great wood constituents, such as various resins and essential oils, the wood already exudes a pleasant room scent when it is heated, which invites you to linger and relax.
Visiting the sauna is an ideal way to beat the cold season. They strengthen the immune system, train the heart and circulation, boost the metabolism and are also very good for the skin. For experienced sauna-goers, we have the typical Finnish sauna with a temperature of up to 100 degrees and a humidity between 2 and 5%. For beginners or those who cannot tolerate extreme heat so well, there is the bio sauna with a significantly lower temperature between 45 and 60 degrees and a humidity of 30 to 55%. You can individually choose which sauna session you want by pressing a button and then just start sweating.
